"Contact the VA"

I know I'm early in the waiting game, but has anyone else gotten this message on their tracker? My claim is FDC & I have returned the 5103 notice to proceed with claim (no further evidence to submit). My DBQ has been completed and uploaded, as well as Nexus from my VA-contracted therapist. Lay statements are uploaded as well. Just wondering if there is anything I'm missing.
