Advice on Proceeding after 5 C&P Exams

Good morning my fellow vets.

I just got scheduled for my 6th....SIXTH....C&P exam for a muscle DBQ for my legs over the last year. (Short history: stress fractures during deployment led to compartment syndrome in both legs, required double fasciotomy, post surgery sepsis of one leg and was hospitalized for a week, had to see infectious disease for 2 months, residual nerve damage, balance issues, etc.)

They have sent me to the same examiner every time. My VSO (American Legion) is of no help and says just play the game. VERA wont even take the call set via online appointment and forces me to talk to them via email (Iowa), and wont answer my questions. I dont know what next steps should be. Should I reach out to my congressmen? Switch VSO's? or just continue to wait this out.

With the help of the Browser extension (thank you again for the development of this tool, its freaking awesome) I have noticed that my claim keeps going in and out of LA's jurisdiction....but they are the same jurisdiction that keeps ordering the C&P exam.
