Why isn’t VR&E well known?
When I talk to other vets or people in the service or people separating from AD most people don’t know about VR&E. It’s basically a second GI bill. People are shocked it’s even a thing. Is this done on purpose by the VA? When I was at my Transition Assitance Program (TAPS) class in the Air Force before I separated I didn’t hear anyone talk about VR&E.
