Tinnitus and migraines

I dont have any records for ear issues. I worked in a launcher and was deployed in afganistan when an ied went off. Anyways i want to apply for tinnitus and migraines. I have been seen for headaches and doctor has prescribed me medications. Should i apply for both? Or should i file for tinnitus and then file migraines as secondary. I also have 70% ptsd for depression. Would it be better to file for migraines secondary to depression? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
