Is this VM?

Whenever I get a migraine I'm very light and sound sensitive, a lot of the time I don't realise I have a migraine, just that I don't feel that well.

Just today I was getting a bit of pain in my head throughout the day and then randomely I look up the world turns on its side and I'm trying not to fall over, then it went back to normal and it didn't happen again. According to VM it's accompanied with dizziness but I don't know what that was.

Would you say that sounds like a VM? Does anyone know what VM is caused by? I've been getting more and more migraines recently and the room I'm sleeping in doesn't have curtains with a streetlight outside...
