Technical issue with vault hunters and I only have 2 fps while playing

I have a problem with running Vault Hunters so whenever I am playing the game it runs at 2fps or even 1fps and I have an rx580, ryzen 5 2600, and 32GB of ram, and I should be able to run vault hunters at a decent frame rate I think

If anyone knows a fix to this problem please respond to this post
