Stuck on step 2

BBD claim, submitted Feb 14. I retire June 30th. What are the chances I get my BBD claim done in time to receive close to my retirement?

Also, when I click on the tab, it gives me an error. Anyone know a specific number I can call? I called the VA and got a generic “they working on it yo” response with no amplifying information.

I submitted this approximately 135~ days prior to retirement. Am I cooked?
