Diagnosed with Intermediate Uveitis. How does it get treated?

Hey Uveitis gang,

I recently got diagnosed with intermediate uveitis here in Australia. The eye specialist was super vague about treatment just said I needed a chest xray and a bunch of blood tests.

He said the condition was rare and only a few people can properly treat it so he's sent a letter to a professor hoping she can help me.

People who have been diagnosed with this longer what is the process? I'm currently on maxidine eye drops and will see the eye specialist again in a month's time.

Any hints or tips? Will my vision get fixed or will I have these floaters forever?
