Good international food in Utah?

Hi guys I'm moving from St Louis to Utah and one of the things I'm wary about is finding places to eat there. For context we're moving to Layton. And the last time I went there it was hard for me to find a restaurant that had Asian food. The thing is St Louis has a variety of international food, my husband and I regularly visit places in St Louis that are known for their German, Italian, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Venezuelan, Argentinian and even Peruvian food. We really like to eat diverse cuisine since we both spent our childhoods traveling around many places. So can you guys tell me of good places to eat in Utah that AREN'T Mexican ( nothing against Mexican food but that's what we had the last time I visited Utah and I want to try something new when we move to Utah) Thanks in advance
