Please help me choose!

I have free charging at work hence skewed towards buying a full EV. Budget: ~25k$ Option 1: Kia Niro at 23k$, 2022, 30k miles Option 2: Chevrolet Bolt EV/EUV

Other options (I'll end up paying for gas, hence staying away from these, but not averse): Toyota Prius Toyota Hybrid

Also I see that if I buy a used EV for 25k$, there is sharp depreciation, so my fuel savings will be offset by higher depreciation compared to a gas/hybrid? What do you all suggest I should buy?
