Student finance are 🔔ends

Student finance keep sending me emails telling me to submit, but i filled everything in before the deadline and they still havent confirmed my identity evidence so i cant submit my application, im getting worried because i wanted it all done before the deadline but they decided to take the piss, is there anything i can do to make them speed up
