What if UnDead UnLuck character is a MOBA hero? Part 2; Andy UnDead

Passive: UnDead
UnDead is a death negation ability, when Andy's HP hit 0, his body is instead paralyzed and he enters "Soul Form". In Soul Form, Andy can still move and attack but any damage that he does are instead converted into "Gray HP". Gray HP are equal to his own HP, when Gray HP are full or when the death timer is done, he instantly revive at the spot. Andy's Soul Form skill and Physical Form skill have different Cooldown.
When Andy kills a creep or a minion, he heals 5% of his max HP, if he kills an epic monster or a champion, he heals 20% of his HP. This effect increase by 1.5× when HP is under 40%.
When Andy and Fuuko are on the same team, they gain a buff called "UnDead Unluck".
Fuuko gain a new passive skill called "UnLuck Touch" when Fuuko touches Andy, she inflict 1 stack of "Unluck" mark onto Andy. When Andy attack any enemy with his skill while having this mark, he transfer all mark onto all enemy hit.
Skill 1: Parts Bullet: Finger | CD: 3 seconds
Andy fires off his finger in a designated line, dealing physical damage. When hitting an enemy with this skill, he gains "crimson charge" for 5 seconds, gaining a Crimson Charge reset the timer. At 2 crimson charge, transform this skill into "Crimson Bullet". Crimson Bullet has a larger and farther range and deals extra damage.
Skill 2: Bloody Enchant: Crimson Crescent Moon | CD: 7 seconds
Andy charges up his katana, enhancing his next Basic Attack for 3 seconds. The enhanced basic attack have extended range and causes him to dash onto his target enemy, dealing extra physical damage and heals him.
Skill 3: Dead Repair Glide | CD: 10 seconds Andy glide while repairing his feet, causing him to dash forward and deals damage to every enemy hit. Hitting an enemy allows Andy to use this skill again within 5 seconds.
Ultimate: Dead Line!
Andy attacks in a massive fan shaped area in front of him, dealing massive physical damage to all enemy + % of enemy's missing Health as true damage. Andy gains 2× the regeneration he would gain from his passive when enemy is killed by this skill.
