I have made the horrible decision for Ultrakill to be my first ever PC gaming experience. any tips going in?

I've literally never used a mouse in my life, not even for school. I just use the little pad thing on my laptop. however, I've recently gained access to a real gaming PC through my college.

it was a six way coin flip tournament between Terraria Calamity, TF2, Voices of The Void, Doom 2, Ultrakill, and modded Minecraft. in the end, Ultrakill won.

Now all that's left is to make a Steam account buy Ultrakill, and and install it. I will be doing ZERO practice or warmup. I'll have to get used to WASD, number keys, a mouse, and everything else on the go.

I would appreciate tips for a beginner, if you could. I've already spoiled myself on most things story wise, but I've somehow managed to avoid almost any gameplay footage whatsoever.
