Missing some content

I just finished every available mission but i cant seem to find one specific mission, i dont know its name but i've seen it its in the same city as 6-1 and has a ton of super super difficult room enemy and i've been really looking forward to it, is there anyway anyone could tell me how to find it? I've done P-1 already so i think i might be ready for it
