Unable to place app or mobile order??

Hey beauties, I’ve been trying for 24+ hours to place an order online. I first tried the app since there was a specific in-app only discount for the flatiron I want (mine was stolen out of my luggage a few days ago and I’m spiraling without it) but kept getting errors saying they failed to validate my payment method. I then tried the website on my mobile phone but same results. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling, clearing my cache, multiple cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Customer service has been unable to help me. Any ideas?? Could this be because I’m currently traveling internationally?? All my cards have been working fine so I’m stumped. Any help for my frizzy hair would be appreciated 😊
