Repeater AP to wired?

So I have a detached garage/office that is about 10ish meters away from the main house. I'm looking to extend my network to the office and have had bad experiences with Asus gear so I'm looking to buy into the ubiquity ecosystem.

I was looking at a Dream Router in the house and options to get the wifi and ethernet connection out there without having to run a cable. I have a Solar inverter out there that uses a wired ethernet connection to access the internet.

If I buy something like a U6-Mesh that is wirelessly connected to the network, can I connect a switch to the Ethernet port of the u6-mesh to connect wired devices?

It's kinda like a really poor bridge.

Edit: the correct title should be "wireless uplink AP to wired"

It seems the answer is Yes

You can connect a PoE switch to the wireless uplinked AP
