ECOMP help!

Hey everyone! Need urgent assistance.

So, wife submitted ECOMP claim for being injured at work, hurt her leg/back. She's gone through Federal Injury Center in New Jersey and has been receiving physical therapy. They explicitly told her that they would be submitting all documentation on her behalf through ECOMP. Thus far they've submitted only one document, the date of initial treatment being 12/09/2024, this document incorrectly states my wife would be out of work from 11/25/2024 - 01/25/2024, it should have said up to 01/25/2025.

So, now her USPS supervisor sent out a letter stating that she has not worked since November 25th, and also failed to document any acceptable reason why she has not worked. She's been directed to report to Duty on the first scheduled workday after receipt of this notice. Which we've been deathly sick with covid and grabbed the mail today, so the document was dated January 08th but we only recieved and read it on the 10th, today.

The document points out the incorrect stated dates that she'd be out of work.

The document also points out that she should be submitting, every 30 days, updated medical documents.

She hasn't recieved any documentation as the doctors said they'd submit everything on her behalf. We also can't contact anyone until Monday to make an amendment to date on the absence form.

Her case manager won't pick up either. So I've left a voice-mail.

Right now, what should we do. Should we submit anything at all on our end if possible? Wait until Monday?
