Most underrated and overrated medals/ribbons?

I heard of a chef getting a NAM for making cookies for marines on deployment. I saw a Marine get some type of NAM for getting green belt or some shit too. (hmu if you need to belt up btw, $ im a reservist MAI. tab expires in march...). I also saw a guy get a NAM for going into work on a weekend for 1 hour to fix a few things
