Looking for a videographer/film student

I’m graduating this semester and I have this concept I would love to create but I don’t know anyone in film or photography. I want to make a video to Next Semester by Twenty One Pilots. I want it to be a music video / coming of age graduation video. I’m broke so I can’t offer much for payment but you’re more than welcome to use it for an assignment as well.
