EB3 I485 approved, but not for my wife

Hi everybody, I just received a notice that my AOS I485 has been approved today, but my wife's case has not been approved yet and shows no updates at all since October. We filed everything at the same time and we also sent the medical exams together since we filed the case. All we have received so far is my EAD (no AP), and nothing for her. From what I can tell, my case was transferred to NBC, then to the FO in Louisville, KY, but I'm not sure about hers, we received a notice that our cases were transferred to NBC, but I am not sure if her case was also sent to the same FO.

Should I ask our attorney to reach out to USCIS or is this normal? Should we expect an update on her case in a couple days?
