Pls help

I recently received approval for my Employment Authorization Document (EAD). I am currently awaiting decisions on my I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status). In March, I plan to apply to dental schools. What is my immigration status for the purpose of these applications, and what documentation should I provide to the dental schools?
