Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS after submitting 17 days?!
Hello guys! Im just curious and here to seeking some advice! im a Japanese citizen and me and my husband filed our application on Dec 23rd 2023 it was sent to Texas. On the website it says the expected processing time is 3 months but after 17 days of submitting, the case status changed. Is this normal? Because everyone says it takes 12-14 months to just get looked at, but I think it’s way to quicker to get this status. (Hope it’s not a glitch!)
If there’s anyone who has filed and approved, how long you had this status?
