TIL 30 minute break is not required for RPCDs

The federal DOT laws don’t require the 30 minute break for RPCDs.

395.3(a)(3)(ii) defines the 30 minute rule and says you are exempt if you meet the requirements in 395.1(e)(2). 395.1(e)(2) describes most RPCDs.
