President 's Pocket Veto
The 24th constitutional act of 1971 made it obligatory for the president to give her assent to a constitutional amendment bill, but there is no time limit specified.
Does this mean if the situation arises, The president can exercise her pocket veto and withhold assent (on whatever pretext sounds reasonable) to a constitutional amendment bill?.
I think laxmikhant has missed this point or I am wrong. Can someone clarify?
