[WTB] 40F quilt less than 20oz for around ~$200USD, can be any brand or model

Looking for a piece for my uncle's friend, doesn't have to be the lightest obviously but price constraint is binding so looking to spend under $220 or so (but a bit flexible depending on condition). 40F is the true rating I'm looking for so depending on brand the model may need to be a slightly lower number.
