Employment change visa rejections for Pakistanis

I am from Pakistan. I am currently working in a firm in DIFC (this is my second firm - worked in my first firm for 11 months and then switched to current employer in November 2023) on skilled employment visa, I have a bachelors degree from the US and it’s attested from all relevant departments.

I have a job offer from a company in Abu Dhabi with better pay and promotion. I have heard that employment change visas for even skilled workers are being rejected for Pakistanis.

Is there anyone here from Pakistan who recently (let’s say in 2025) switched a job and got their employment visa issued?

Further, does anyone know if I can apply for the new employment visa through my potential new company while still being on the same job since I don’t want to be in a position where I resign from this job and then my new employment visa gets rejected.
