UAE visa ban for Pakistani nationals

Dear Fellow,

Few things to make sure before you apply, after seeing many getting rejected or accepted for both new and already living here. There might be few exception, but below summarize for many

  1. Attested degree -- its a must, without it, you are straight getting rejection
  2. Right quota slot for the right person/dgree. It means, for example, having an engineering degree can be related to a system engineer quota, so if company apply your visa through that quota slot, max chance it will go through, but if you have a CS degree and just to ave 2-300 aed, company does not have quoata and they process your visa under warehouse supervisor or any thing, it will get rejected
  3. If your PRO is local and sharp, he know his way through MOHRE, nothing illegal, just to approach right person it will make your work easy
  4. After first rejection, make sure your PRO visit MOHRE with your original attested degree and all related document, it works,

Point 1 and point 2, if efforts done, no need to worry for 3 and 4

Dont worry about diversity, as it is not in implementation right now.

Many examples but below is recent one.

One of my friends visa rejected a month ago.

Because he has a CS degree and company just to save 300 aed apply under the warehouse supervisor quota lolz. Straight rejected with no reason.

These rules are tough for paki nationals to filter bad eggs,

Incase of genuine visa rejection, don't abuse Azaad visas and investor visa, as later genuine investor was also not getting visa

Respect the law :)
