Velocityone race rattling terribly? I fixed it

So I've had the wheel for around a week now, ever since getting it out of the box and on the rig when ever you had the tires under load or anything to do with crashing it made a good awful noise, like metal slapping on itself.

Today I had enough, decided that I should take a look for myself and just see if this is how it was intended (I was pretty sure it wasn't as it sounded awful).

I imagine it was the motor loose in its cradle but for some reason I decided to start at the front of the housing and thank god I did because I spotted the problem as soon as the facia plate came off.

There is a grub screw that holds the steering wheel boss to the shaft, turns out it was literally half a turn off being tight.

Put it all back together and it's like have another wheel, I'm so happy but it hasn't filled me with confidence with the QC at turtle beach if they are letting that kind of stuff leave the factory.

It had shaft play, if you've watched boosted's video on the review I will gaurente this is the problem on that unit, I had it, tightened the grub screw and there isn't a jot of play on that shaft now and everything feels amazing.
