Looking for somewhere to grab food today

Hey Tucson. My boyfriend and I just moved here from Colorado and we are big foodies. We've been cooking at home since we moved here with our new baby but we just want an easy pickup for dinner tonight. Not looking for any specific cuisine really, just looking to find out what's good around town. Any opinions are welcome but I do prefer to eat somewhat healthily (veggies can be hard to find at restaurants sometimes!) and options toward the north end of town would be preferable. TIA!
