is it wrong to have no heroes?
Whenever i'm asked this question, i always have a hard time finding an answer that isn't my dad. Even historical figures that objectively did good and made the world a better place, I don't stan too much because I recognize that they're human and fallible.
I associate right-wing ideology in general with slavishness(as opposed to Slavicness) where the people who bleat about being free thinkers are the first to rally behind some charismatic figure. Liberals do this stuff too, but their heroes have infinitely less sauce than the chuds. And the leftists that fall into this behavior, more often than not, are in pseudo-cults (see whatever Caleb Maupin was doing) or are immature and fatherless.
