[Spiderman 2018]

Yesterday I platinumed spiderman 2018. I did last the talk to ben trophy. After I did it the trophy popped and the platinum right after. Then I saved my game and then i restarted my ps5 just to check how many hours I had on it. When it turnee on I saw that I dodn't have the plstinum. I checked and it said I still had to talk to ben. Then I went to my save and checked and I couldn't talk to ben on that save. Then I made a new save, defeated Kingin and went to the graveyard to talk to ben and when I did it, nothing happened. So I can not hget the platinum. Is It glitched or something? Like I have the video that the ps5 takes after every trophy and it says I got the platinum. I dont know if it matters but i had 19gb left on the ps5 when I got it. But hlw can I get it???. Or did I waste 40 hours for nothing???
