Thinking between 2014 Street Triple and 2021 Mt07

If you could give me some advice what is the better choice. I had an RS 660 before and want to start riding again. I came across a 2014 ST 675 R with 18k kms on the clock in really good condition with Sc project for 7k€. Is there something special to look for when buying a used triumph aside the standard stuff?
