Trigeminal nerve pain in one tooth

Hi! I have recently(after visiting 10 different dentists and doing 2 unnecessary root canals to 1 upper left molar) come to realize that it must be trigeminal nerve pain. It is sharp shooting pain mostly in that same tooth and is debilitating. Sometimes milder pain waves move to other teeth too, that’s why I’m sure it is trigeminal pain. In addition, I have constant throbbing left-side headache, but fortunately no shooting T1 signs.

Does anyone else have that electric shooting pain in 1 tooth only - is it damaged/inflamed nerve or TN? I take carbamezapine 200mg after every 5 hours to take the edge off the pain. Can you recommend something better that would help?

Thanks in advance 🙏
