Advice for traveling to Europe from the states with kids? Working remote

Hey there! I have an option to work remote wherever I want, I will have an almost 5 year old and 3.5 year old by then. We live in Denver. I want to pick a place to post up for the month, take pto for about 10 days with husband and spend the rest working remote solo parenting my kids . Any advice on what country would be the best for this type of trip and most friendly to where we are at in life?
