Can packers give you UTIs?

I'm not even really sure how to start this. I bought an axolom packer in February, arrived by the end of the month. Ever since I started wearing it, I keep getting utis. I wash it daily, I change underwear daily, none of my other habits have changed. I did start insertable estrogen tablets to help with atrophy but that should be helping, not making it worse. I had a uti last month, and I had another 2 weeks ago and now I feel another happening. I literally have no clue what's going on, it's made of silicone, it shouldn't have bacteria in it. What's going on?? I feel like I'm going a little crazy, it can't be the packer right?
