• Volunteer at a hospital
• Shadowed a Physician
• Caregiver for disabled brother
• independent research at my cc lab (no pub or conference or poster until now :/)
• research intern at a lab in med school (started 2 weeks ago)

Essays:

Wrote about the war i escaped in africa and how it changed me as a person and helped me grow. I wrote about how it made be determined to work for health equity in my country and in the US (im worried that i don’t have ECs related to healthcare advocacy or health equity)
