Would taking a third W be a bad idea?

Hello, Currently i'm Physics that covers waves and electromagnetism. My professor is not a good one and I fear that I wont be able to pass this class with his teaching style. The issue is, I have 2 W's already. Will a third one ruin my chances of transferring?
