InHousePharmacy payment

im unable to use united pharmacies, as the us is no longer accepting packages from HK/China. i'm switching to inhouse, based in vanuatu (no trade war with them). is there any way to pay with paypal/crypto? they list 3 payment options on the website, but I don't see any that list paypal/crypto as an option.
