First brisket!

Smoked my first ever brisket for the nfl championship games (go lions!). Meat church holy cow rub. Smoked to 165 then wrapped in butcher paper until 203. Rested for 5 hours.

Point came out super juicy but the flat was a little bit dry. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
