How are your MPG’s?

Looking to get a used truck and have narrowed it down to the Tundra and F-150. The reliability of the 5.7 Tundra is appealing but it seem to have the worst MPG of all my choices. What is your real world average MPG’s and is it worth it? I understand all full size trucks are not great on fuel economy but some of these models swing 10PMG which adds up.
