Am I Getting Scammed?

So I have been looking for cars the last two days. Been to a couple dealerships and just went to a Toyota. They didnt have many camrys but there was one that was very nice. XSE Hybrid with a special color and some very nice features. I liked the car and asked how much lease payments were looking like. The MSRP was 42k and they brought it down to 38 plus fees to 40k. They brought me the numbers and at 36 months 12k a year, $1500 down they said it was going to be $750 a month, with residual at 21k after lease over. Also I have over 780 credit. Is this a normal lease price?? Honda offered me 450 a month for the sport hybrid which msrp was 33k. Just wanted to know what yall think. Thanks
