Anyone NOT a long commuter here?

Hi everyone! I know the school is notorious for its commuting due to it's location, but I was just curious to know if there were people who live outside of residence who don't have a long commute to school? I'm thinking like if you are able to walk to and from campus (like me) or if maybe you live just outside downtown and it's under half an hour of a commute.

I know it's uncommon due to downtown housing prices and everything (I was lucky to find what I did) but I'm curious about any other people who don't commute or live in residence. I haven't met much people who do so far, so curiousity fills me.
