Is it humanely possible for me to get topaz.

I’m currently really mad rn because I just got Jingliu and I was really planning on getting topaz and from one pull i got Jingliu. Im not saying she’s bad or anything- I’m just saying like I was really wanting topaz. Is it possible to get topaz for me rn? I have 0 pulls (lol) but I haven’t gotten any rewards from any event excluding the login one. Should I give up on topaz? Or should I still try?
