Nipple tingles and pain 6 days post op

I'm just now 6 days post op double incision drain less and I'm wondering if it's normal to have pain in the rnipple area already? I'm also wondering if the binder was so unbearable for others while sleeping and moving around. My doctor gave me a S binder (I don't fit any small clothing) and even suggested putting me in an XS at my one week post op appointment instead.
