Left over tissue

What are your thoughts on this amount of left over tissue? I assumed this was residual swelling, but asked about it anyway at a follow up appointment and was told most of my swelling was gone and this was just the result. My other side is also not flat, but it looks way better than this. I got inverted T to preserve my nipples, which I know doesn't get you as flat, but this feels a little extreme to me. Anyone else have a shape/amount of tissue left like this? Should I amend my expectations?
