Hole in scar

I am exactly 6 weeks post op, all looked well. Today i removed the tape on my incision to find this hole - which had a small drop of blood and puss.

I have messaged my surgery team, however they are unlikely to respond until tomorrow morning and it's making me anxious!

Is this a stitch that's come loose and pulled open? An infection? Something else?

Any thoughts or similar experiences appreciated.
