How would I become an inventor? (Like Ray Palmer, Hank Pym, Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne)?

I would just like to know if there are any things that might help towards my dream like any books or advice I’ve always dreamed of making inventions and starting my own company (I’m in high school btw).
