Why do Christians tend to have better relations with Jews than with Muslims?

Note: I am speaking in a general sense based on my observations. I am neither Christian nor Jewish.

I have seen Christians tend to have more positive opinions of Jews than Muslims. Is it because of 9/11 or something like that?
