Should I Cancel or Reschedule my TOEFL exam ?

I booked the TOEFL exam for 5th October, and I just found out that our college exams are during that date. If I cancel the exam I get 50% refund, where as if I reschedule my exam I have to pay Rs. 5000(Indian Rupees) extra.

So should I cancel my date and then book for new date or should I just pay Rs.5000 (Indian Rupees) and reschedule my exam ?
