anybody else’s views dropping ?!?!

all my videos do good, but lately when i upload my videos the video will say it’s uploaded but then stay at 0 views and then i’ll go to my other account to check if it even shows on my profile and it doesn’t show until 30 minutes later and then the views just gain slowly. anybody else having that problem ?
